0000004: Vehicle enter sometimes not fully synced

Sometimes entering a vehicle doesn't sync, which bugs out the player. See video of the driver who didn't sync his entering the car:

After, if the player exits the vehicle, they appear frozen for everybody else and requires a reconnect.

Before any GUI rendering, be using native GUI events or MexUI, the game crashes. Only tried on OnDrawnHUD

The blender might be overcompensating, need to tweak it a bit.

0000002: Cursor not restricted to window

The cursor clips out of the window when moving too far (only applies to window mode I think)

0000001: Window border sometimes disappears

Weird issue where the window border sometimes disappears, forcing a small bar of the game view to be frozen at the bottom with a height the same as the window titlebar, which is obviously now gone. The same exists on the right side of the window but much smaller with the width of the window border line (also gone).
